Every item in our store is secondhand — carefully sourced, inspected, and curated for quality and character. Preloved doesn't mean compromise; it means a piece with history, chosen with intention.
How do you grade condition?
Each item is checked and described honestly — look out for condition notes on the product page (e.g. "excellent," "gently worn," "minor flaw noted"). We photograph any imperfections so there are no surprises.
How do I know what size to order?
Each item's tag size is listed on the product page. Since preloved pieces can fit differently depending on brand, era, and fabric, we recommend checking the tag size as a general guide rather than an exact match. If you're unsure about a specific piece, message us on Instagram or WhatsApp and we'll help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card payments via Yoco. PayFlex and PayJustNow (flexible installment options) are coming soon — stay tuned!
Can I reserve an item?
Since our pieces are one-off, we're unable to hold or reserve items — first to check out secures the piece.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — Cape Town-based customers can choose local pickup/collection at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Since each piece is one-of-a-kind, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges — please check sizing, condition notes, and photos carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives significantly different from its description, reach out to us directly and we'll sort it out.
